I am in need of a new monitor...here is the following criteria of things I want.

1.) Preferably a 17" or greater (kind of limited to 17" because of size of computer desk)
2.) Be able to run 1280x960 with a refresh rate around 90 - 100 hz
    3.) Preferably a flat screen
4.) Great picture and good for gaming
    5.) DVI is an option
6.) LCD is also an option.

Keep in mind I need to keep it under $350...and I want the best picture possible for games. Any suggestions would be great, also any reviews would also be great. Thanks.

I use a 17" Mitsubishi Diamondtron Monitor (Diamond Plus 71) which is extremely flat with fantastic clarity so check their latest out. :thumb:

The bigger the better... its sharp, high resolutions, high hertz, and low price you can't beat that...and on top of that its Black and is 2 bucks cheaper than the white!...Swite!

I just picked up (2) ViewSonic e90fb monitors for my dual setup. 19" 1600x1200 display. I hooked one up to my old P3 700 w/ AnnihilatorPro and there was a night and day difference from the older ViewSonic I have (I forget the model now). I got them for $245 each from www.shentech.com

    I recommend them anyway!
