If you can afford it, I'd double the size of the SSD if you plan to install Windows as your system disk. I have a 64GB SSD for my Windows system and I'm now nursing it along with less than 10GB of free space. I have user accounts on a separate 1TB hard disk but many tools and 3rd party software no longer give the option as to where you want it installed. It's the C drive or nothing. Add to that Windows updates and your space quickly gets eaten up. I am looking at updating my system in the near future and will use at least a 256GB SSD especially since the price for SSDs has come down.

    CPU: I7 950 @ 3.06GHz
PSU: Coolermaster Silent Pro Hybrid 80+ Gold, 850W
    GPU: Gigabyte GTX 580
    Mem: Crucial 1333 DDR3
