Get an Asus mobo. And if you are willing to fork over 180$. Get the p4g8x deluxe. It is great and what I have. A higher watted PSU. I don't know about the case, but make sure it hase good cooling as the p4 2.4 ghz is one of the hottest CPUs around. Airflow is important. Great RAM IF you don't intend to oc the CPU.
I would go with SATA HDDs, but that is up to you. (man, those thin wires are nice).

TOTALLy different Video card. The geforce 4 sucks. And even though you are not a gamer. Belive me, you will want a better v-card.

Everything else is pretty good although I would get USB 2.0 keyboards.

omg tahts my case but in black LoL :P i told you my airflow sucked and for what he wants to do that is more than good, you could run CS all high gfx on a 2 ghz with a gforce 2 and still get fps of 60+ constantly its a stable system and it should suite you well :P happy building
