I just reformatted one of my systems and now upon bootup Windows XP detects 2 versions of Windows XP on my machine, it gives me a choice to start Windows XP Pro or Windows XP (Which really isn't there anymore since the format). I Know there is a way to stop this from happening but I can't remember how. Can someone help me out?

    I Formatted.
And I did figure it out.
Under System Properties\Advanced\Startup and Recovery all you have to do is delete the unwanted line thats listed in the edit tab under System startup.
I'm not sure why this happens sometimes and other times it doesn't:confused: . Maybe it only happens when you change OS's like I did from Win xp to Win XP Pro. It never happens when I have to reformat WinXP Pro and then reinstall it with the exact same thing.
