well i have found a link for you...
    http://www.theeldergeek.com/boot_logo_01.htm

it is not exactly what you want to do but you can replace your boot screen with a completely black image and it won't show all that WinXP thing but before you do anything i have a few cautions for you...

    1) ntoskrnl.exe is an important part of Windows OS. Fiddling with it might lead to a corrupt install and you might not be able to boot into windows and hence a format might be needed. Do back up your data before doing anything.

    2) make a copy of your ntoskrnl.exe file in C:\Windows\System32 only, and name it "ntoskrnl.exe.bac". you can rename it to "ntoskrnl.exe" from command prompt of recovery console if anything goes wrong.
