I didn't really know where to put this thread, so I'll just go with a general forum. My question is this:

Is there a way to set up a hotkey, so that just the "save as" window comes up (ya know, asking where you want to save the file).

I ask because I'm pretty tired of all this clicking. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What program is this in? What do you need to save so frequently?

it's just internet explorer. There's an actual like "shorcut" that comes up after a second on the pic itself though, I noticed. I just save a lot of "pictures."

Any time you're gonna be doing anything like that you might just find this handy....

Delete your temporary internet files, and then load all the pictures you want once, and then go into temp internet files, and sort them by file size, and copy them out of there.

The shortcut you're talking about is the Image Toolbar. You can also save pictures by right clicking on each one and choosing "Save Picture As".

If you want to save many, many pictures which have loaded up, then as Zeradul suggested another method is to go into your temporary internet files directory, typically C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ and then sort your files by Type (click on the Type box at the type). Then copy and paste all the JPEG, GIF and BMP files into another empty folder.

You can then view them and figure out which ones you want to save to the directory where you keep your pictures.
