I've heard that it can be really dangerous to abort windows defragger once it has been stated on a partion. You know just hit the "stop" button. I dunno how it's suposed to be dangerous, maybe problems with corrupted data or something..

I'm just wondering if it's true..:?:

    /THX

Hitting the stop button is ok, as it will finish the current section it's on then stop. However, if the program fails abnormally, then there's a chance that the data is was transferring at the time will be lost.
