    anyone know how to turn off the limiter that prevents you from downloading any more than 2 files at the same time?

    AFAIK you can disable it, But if you are downloading multilpe files from one server, you're likely to get banned/timeout or whatever.

    Let me rephrase the statement above.
    You can enable more downloads at one time. Disabling downloads would render the whole IE useless
    I beleive its in your registry, so go there and tweak it.

    I think this is the tweak you need.
