Thread: Quick Resolution Change

    No where

At my school, we use Win2000Pro. I have discovered that to change the resolution, all you have to do is right-click the desktop, and there is a sub-menu with all the possible res-refresh rate combos. Is this a hidden feature in 2000, or a 3rd party program? We are so locked out of the computers that there is not much of a chance that I can look around to find out at school.

I want to do this on my XP Pro machine because other family members dont like 1024x768 and its a pain to have to go though the properties to change everything.

Most video cards come with some sort of software for that. It usually puts an icon in the task bar and ya just click it to change resolution.

I use mine all the time to see how web pages look at different resolutions.
If you think you know what I know and think you see what I see, than why are you asking me questions?
