    Hey all,
    another tech help thread :)
    so listen
    i done lotsa tweaks n stuff
    and ofcourse removed messenger
    i somewhere saw a guide that talks about OE slowdown solutions
    but didnt find it in any use cuz i didnt know my OE was slowed down :P

    so can any1 gimme a link for that guide or tell me here what 2 do to solve thise slow start of OE

    you have done lot of tweaks but have you tried PI's guides? i don't think you did ;)

    compacting and cleaning up your folders/newsgroup stuff will help quite a bit. if you haven't done that yet.

    Seein' as ya've removed Messenger have ya also unticked "automatically log on to Windows Messenger" in the OE options? :?:
