do you mean open and manage your hotmail acct with OE?

if that's all, then just start the new account wizard and put in your email info. It will give you hotmail as the default mail server if you put in a hotmail email address. that's all there is to it.
I've gone too far and need to move on!

Writing with caps on is considered shouting and some people get upset over it but no a can't open OE from within ya Hotmail account but ya can use OE to access ya Hotmail account and the OE wizard is setup to do that without fuss.

ACtually now that I think of it I believe Hotmail offers POP3 forwarding, although at a fee, which would allow you to get your normal OE mail in Hotmail I guess
