Thread: Windows Freezing/Hanging up

    during memtest+ the computer will always hang early in the test. Soemtimes the moniter just loses the signal anda goes blank. So should I buy more memory or a new psu?

    If you unhook those "additional" fans and things run ok again then it's the PSU that causin' ya probs.

    Try a different psu. Try running memtest one stick of ram at a time. Reset the cmos. There is not much more to suggest.
