He's running it in a window, it doesn't take up the whole screen. Do a Google search on PearPC and read up about it. I haven't tried it, but it does work; this guy didn't just make alll this up to try to impress people. Hell, I'll help you out:
    http://pearpc.sourceforge.net/

Hell, Basilisk II, which emulates Quadra series Macs, came out years ago and works perfectly. I have that working just fine on my computer and even use it for some older Mac games without Linux or Windows ports. I can go run it in a Windows and post screenshots of that, too...

    It's called emulation...
It's not unheard of. You can run Linux through Windows, Mac through Windows, Windows through Mac, Linux through Mac, Mac through Linux, Windows through Linux... (although Linux can run natively on just about any computer).

It is fully functional...but expect some bugs from pearpc...and its just tooooo slow...its not like people say 500x slower...its usable but its really slow...imagine running windows 2003 datacenter with a pentium 2 300mhz with 64meg sdram...maybe even less specs...but yea...its usable...no networking though......basically you can just open folders and use programs really slow though...but yea..fully functional....unless im wrong...so yea...you should check it out...there are good tutorials online on how to install it...anyways...enjoy

I can imagine how slow it must be. Even emulating an old Quadra running Mac OS 8.1 on a mid-range computer is like running Windows 98 on a Pentium 2. It's not terribly slow, but maybe about a fifth as fast in most applications as it would normally be. Emulating Power PCs running Mac OS X must be so much worse....
