Question How to make windowsxp use the full capacity of cpu P4e 3.2GHz?

I have a p4 3.20E GHz Prescot and a mainboard Intel D865PERL.It's ok if you want to use more aplications in the same time.I see in the task manager that the cpu is splited in 2 Htt units.Ok so far.But if i open an aplication, Art-lantis( a rendering program) for exemple, it uses only 50% cpu(1st htt unit shows 100% usage, the other 1-2%).The question is how to allocate (from windows ?) both cpu units to the same aplication ? Only some aplications like Vue 4.5 Pro recognize the cpu like a dual cpu and use it corectly.

Some applications take advantage of hyperthreading, and others don't. Just like most applications aren't recompiled for the Athlon 64 yet.
