    Exclamation Virtual Memory Settings

Hi im not sure i have my virtual memory settings set up right. I use my pc for gamming. I have windows xp home service pack 2. I have two harddrives c and d. My settings read as follows:

On drive c i have windows and ut2004
I have it set to custom size:initial size 512mb
    maximum size 1500mb
the no paging file is not selected and the total paging file size for all drives section at the bottom reads:

    minimum allowed 2mb
    recommended 766mb
    crrentley allocated 512mb

On drive d i have all my ofher games
It is set to no custom size or system managed size but the no paging file option is ticked.
The total paging file size for all drives section reads the same as drive c.

I read in a tweak guide that cos ive got 512mb ram i should set it to custom size of initial size 512mb and maximum size 1500mb which is what ive done but im not sure if this is ok. I havent touched the ofher settings but would like to know if they are set right.

    Many thanks Paul

I'd put it at 1500MB or somewhere around there and leave. However, 512MB to 1500 MB is fine, and you probably don't need to change it.
