    Default Windows XP 64?

    If i bought a 64-Bit AMD Processor do i need Windows XP 64-Bit Edition? or can i just use Pro?

    You can just use Pro. It is backwards compatible....will run the 32 bit XP (and other 32 bit software) now, but will also run (faster btw) the 64 bit edition when it comes out officially.

    If you want to play around with a 64-bit OS, I believe Microsoft still has a free beta edition of the XP-64.
