    Default Can't fix a problem

I don't know if this is the right forum, but when I run Norton Windoctor, these problems always come up. They can't be fixed. What does this mean? THanks a lot. Sorry again if this is the wrong forum.

Problem number one... you're using Norton to diagnose problems. They do make some good products, but their detection software isn't one of them.

Problem number two... it looks as if you are using an older version of Norton that is not able to "see" an NTFS partition. The clue comes from the "non-visible volume such as an NTFS drive" statement. WinXP uses NTFS by default unless you tell it to use a FAT32 file system during install so your entire system is on a non-visible volume.
