    Default admin account over privileges

Just a quick question, but can someone tell me a quick list on what the administrator account can do that an account with administrator account with privileges can't do?

    Thanks in advance.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe a true administrator account (with a password) can be modified by anyone other than the true administrator. On the other hand an account with administrator privleges can be modified by the true administrator even if it is password protected simply by removing or changing the password on the user account. This is not to say that it is impossible to modify the administrators password but is certainly not something that most computers users know how to do.

Nope. The Administrator account cannot be modified by other users unless they have its password, and other administrator accounts cannot modify each other without each other's passwords. The Administrator account cannot modify oher administrator without their passwords, either. The Administrator account is there because it's a crucial part of the NT kernel and simply can't be removed (even Home has it, but it can't be logged into).
