I remember there was an article online on how the PC is better than the MAC...I forgot what site hosted the article...but I do remember there were sayings about how the CPU is better and Compatibility was better and etc....

I need this cause some kid in school is asking me "why do PC's need soo many processors...cant they stick to one like the MAC"...seriously i want to beat this kids brains out....also he asked...how come PC's cant have more than 1 processors...and i blew up on him telling him about Xeon chips...and AMD chips on Dualli boards...etc...anywayz...i want to give that link to the sucker so he can shut his mouth...anywayz...i have nothing bad against APPLE and its MAC computers...but PC's will alwayz be #1 and the MACS are all a load of crap....OH WAIT...let me take that back...i forgot..they are the fastest in ONLY ADOBE PHOTOSHOP.....OOOOOOHHHHHHH....WWWWOOOOOWWWW....bl ah blah blah...they can kiss my Lian-Li PC70 ASS etc...anywayz...

    Thanks guys/gals....
    Peace out

Just ignore him, he is clearly incompetent or he would have heard about dual processor Mac systems.... Haha...

There are two types of mac people, the ones that realize there is more to the world of computers than Macs, and the ones that don't and will not listen or partake in any intelligent debate on the subject.

And this is becoming less and less of an issue... New macs use almost all PC compatable parts... Ram, Hard drives, monitors, etc. And as they adopt more parts to compete price wise, they are quickly becoming "The PC brand for Liberal Artsy Fuctards- the people who need their computer to be a piece of art, above all else"

I don't want to start an arguement or take anything away from the IBM based PC. (anyone familiar with my posting knows I love my PC:thumb: )

But the Macintosh does have some +'s to it's credit.
Speaking of credit, those words that scroll by after the movie is over --- the ones where they name the graphic studio that did the special effects, yeah, most of the time those effects were created on Macs.
Why? I don't know, maybe something about people who do it for a living want to use the computer that does the job the best?

And have you ever seen the manual for creating a Beowulf cluster with a PC! Whew! You better have some time on your hands if you intend to read that one.
For a Macintosh it is a 1 page .pdf file -- 6th graders have beowulf clusters they built themselves.

OK, granted I'm not going to run out and buy a Mac tomorrow, but I'm not going to dis them as junk either.
They do indeed have their sweetspots that are pretty darn impressive:thumb:
I reckon the planet is big enough for both PC's and Mac's, don't you?

My Friend just got the new iMAC and i have to say its freakin sweet...and quieter than a water system...thats what i like about them...also the tower and how it opens up with the latch...also the packaging is amazing when u get it....but i think the OS is too simple and not as advanced as windows XP...XP has its problems but i can easily run 5 things at the same time and on the MAC it will blow up...*from my experience*
