The windows XP CD is a bootable CD by default. If you can access your BIOS, try setting the device boot order to:

    1. Floppy
    2. CD ROM
    3. HDD
    etc..

Just make sure the CD ROM is before HDD and it will look for, and use the XP CD.

If not, check out www.bootdisk.com and check there for info.

I changed the boot order in the bios to cdrom
I even made boot floppies from http://download.microsoft.com/downlo..._EN_PRO_BF.EXE

It did not recognize the corp edition
The only way I can install is to load Windows 98 and do the upgrade the expert route.

The copy I have can not boot

Here's a link with instructions and drivers for making a generic boot floppy that will make your cd rom drive work. Then you can run setup on the cd.
