I bought a security system for my f-150 truck and I lost the manual for it, so I got onto the prestige website and seen if I could get another one. They have one that you can dowload, but it is in the PDF form. I've downloaded it acouple of times, but it comes encypted and I can't print it or view it. Does anyone out there have any sugestions?

It seems strange that a company would encrypt basic support-type info. I mean of a type that isnt defense industry related.

Do you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader ? If not get it at that link.

If you do have it, then perhaps try downloading the manual again from the Audiovox site. Could be the DL was corrupted.

Acccording to Audiovox, all you need is a plain ol' reader to view their PDF's.
