I tried to installed the CD design software Click'N Desgin v4.66 in Windows XP Pro. The installation was complete but I cannot select any lable style from the list so I cannot use the program. It seems like the installation did not link the printer (HP DJ932C) to the program's registry. I tried the installation on another computer also running XP Pro and it worked. Is there anything in Windows runing on the first computer that I need to change, add and/or tweak in order to make it work? Any suggestions, please? Thanks.

Have you tried contacting the software manufacturer's tech support folks to see if there is a known conflict between the program and your printer? If so, then they may have a simple downloadable fix for the problem. ;)

Yes, I did. They also sent me a new CDROM but it did not help. They told me that they could not help since it apparently a Windows problem.

BTW, my printer is installed on a print server on my home network. But I tried it on my work computer which is networked and it worked too. It is really puzzling.
