    This is Never Happend Before But when i try to update windows.
    It goes to the normal XP update page but then it goes to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/thanks.asp

    Please Help

    Hmm...if you have legitimate install of XP, then try this link instead:

    https://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

    If that doesn't work then I suspect there's something you're not telling us :)

    firstly check that ur link is same as the one provided by PI.
    another reason could be a firewall running with option "Stealth mode browsing" or something like that as switched on.

    The link I provided has an https (secure) instead of http. So yes, some software or setting of yours is stopping you from accessing the update sight. Check your privacy levels in IE and make sure nothing else is covering your identity as asklepios suggested.
