    I have the 133mb SP1 on CD.

When I try to install it I get "corrupted cab exe file".

Do I have to download the entire SP1 again?

Only that I386 cabinet file is bad.

    Thanks

Unless the disk is a CD-RW type, then you will have to download the thing again and reburn it to disk. It is likely that there could also be other cab files that are corrupted, so just be safe and start from scratch.

You need to download another copy of SP1.
But before you do that...rather than installing SP1 directly from CD, copy it to your hard disk and then try installing again.
If it doesn't help, then you will need another copy...:(
