    well if it bothers you too much, try scanning with it regularly rather than running it all the time.
    that will help! though usually it never takes anything more than 2-3MB.

    Norton uses twice as many resources as AVG and AVG has caught things for me that Norton has completely missed (I have both here).

    I won't be looking to switch, AVG backs up my wicked Kung-Fu very nicely LOL

    its the best thing to use when u want your system to crash, heat and slap u in ur face with numerous problems!
