You know how when you click on a link to an MPEG, IE gives you a message saying "You clicked on an audio/video link. Do you want this to open in Inetrnet Explorer"

I always click NO.. unfortunately this morning the message popped up and well.. I haven't even had a coffee yet so I'm not thinking straight.. I quickly clicked the window to make it go away.. and must have clicked YES.. and the little "always play these links in IE" box would have been ticked aswell.

Now anythink I click on opens in a 3cm window at the bottom of an IE media pane.

How to I change it back so that it opens links like that in Media Player?

Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options look under the Multimedia area and tick "dont display online media content in the media bar".
